Who was Odysseus in Greek mythology?
In Greek mythology, Odysseus was the hero of Homer’s Odyssey. He traveled all over the world and experienced all kinds of wonders. He fought the Cyclops Polyphemus, met the witch Circe, and even talked with the ghost of the prophet Tiresias. All he really wanted, though, was to complete his journey home and see his faithful, cunning wife Penelope.
