Who was Bacchus in Roman Mythology?
As the god of parties and good times, Bacchus was a popular god among the ancient Romans. He was also popular among the Greeks, who called him Dionysus as well. He is associated with plants, especially grapes, for their role in the production of juice boxes. His followers were often overcome by emotion…the result, no doubt, of a simple sugar rush. See Bacchus (or Dionysus!) in action in games like Go Fish, War, and Slap Jack with LUDI! Classic Card Games for Kids, best suited to kids age 3+.
